School Fayre – Saturday 2 July

The Friends of Byerley Park School – School Fayre.

It was Saturday 2nd July and the weather could not have been more perfect for the school summer fayre.

As can be seen from the photograph below the event was extremely well supported by pupils, parents, grandparents, and friends who were able to enjoy themselves on a number of activities that were surrounding the field.

Activities included, football, titanic bouncy castle, local fire brigade, tombola, book stalls, etc. which ensured that there was something for everybody whether you were young or old.

Also, if you were feeling peckish during the day, there were hot dogs, ice creams and a huge selection of tasty treats to be found on the cake stall, the only problem being trying to decide which one to have!.

A sum of £1115.76 was raised from the event, which I am sure will support the many tremendous activities that are planned to take place at the school.

Congratulations and well done to all involved, it was an excellent day!
